Reports

• The Enrollment Report now displays enrollment attempt data, including the date and time, type of contact attempt, and the result
• The Enrollment Report now displays payer information, including the payer name, policy numbers, and effective dates

Resources

• Resources were already able to be dynamically added, but we have now added interaction tracking for all resources
• When available, we display translations (e.g. Spanish) for library resources

Patient Data

• The Patient Data module now displays all instances of resource utilization, including whether the patient arrived there via the navigation, a chat message, or a notification

Patient App

• The Resources section allows you to browse by category or producer, and you can now filter by resource type, e.g. video or audio resources. We’ve also refined parts of the experience with visual and usability improvements

Forms

• Care Managers have access to even more forms to assist in patient care

• Managing ITPs over time has been improved via additional controls

• We released Phase 2 and Phase 3 graduation ITPs
• Accounts can now save goals that can be applied to ITPs
• Many questions, data points, and sections are now conditionally rendered
• Medication formatting has been improved

Forms

• The PHQ-9 and GAD-7 have been added to the ad-hoc questionnaire list
• Exercise Habits form has been updated for a more accurate depiction of pre-program activity

Notes

• Note formatting is now preserved when saving new notes, and has been restored for all prior notes

• Patient profile pictures now display next to their name in chats

Care Plans

• Exercise type (modality) options have been greatly expanded
• Sets and reps can now be set for certain exercises
• ExPx has been expanded with additional activity types for Resistance Training, Strength Training, Circuit Training, and Stretching
• Care Managers now have more options when selecting why an ExPx has changed, including the ability to select Other and to specify a more precise reason
• ExPx's Frequency field now warns the user when it hasn't been set

ITPs

• The formatting of every ITP has been improved for improved readability
• Patient diagnoses are now prominently displayed on all ITPs for improved initial context
• Patient co-morbid conditions and risk factors are now displayed in all ITPs
• Intensity and Type have been added as part of the ExPx displayed on all ITPs
• The latest echocardiogram results are displayed (if available)

• New workflow statuses have been added, and can be adjusted in the recruitment flow as well as patient recruitment results
• New filters have been added to support the nascent workflow statuses
• Columns in the results module are now displayed dynamically based on filter selections
• Users can set a date to re-evaluate a patient’s current status separate from the patient appointment schedule
